Worst 5* hotel, with no service at all, I've ever stayed in Turkey.Cold food, always the same food, just placed or garnished differently. No cereal, no rolls, dirty coffee machines, only self service, you weren't greeted either, unmotivated staff. Animation team was good. I've stayed in much better 4* hotels. Positive: the room was very large, modern and clean. The cleaning staff did a great job and were the only ones who were friendly. This hotel is not recommended.

In a hotel selected for the regional triathlon Turkey final, they treated our students and athletes second class, especially the manager, who lacked the ability to solve problems, received a lot of reactions with their rude behavior, they created problems, not a solution, they literally compromised their quality, they acted disrespectfully, we were saddened that our children were exposed to such behavior as disrespect for the money we paid. We realized that they were not capable of meeting the organization. They could not organize in any way. They could not approach any problem analytically. Most importantly, they did not exhibit humane behavior.

We came to your hotel for the Triathlon races on 8-9-10 November, but we were informed that we could not stay despite the reservations made, and you directed us to another hotel, which we accepted without objection. When we tried to visit our children from time to time, we were treated like thieves. Your security guards literally blockaded us and waited on top of us. We were not even allowed to enter the door and ask about the welfare of our children. They almost did not even let us pass in front of the hotel. I cannot understand how you could get such a rude and incompetent employee together. I don't know how anyone gave you 5 stars! The food is tasteless and there is very little variety. The rooms are not clean, you are never a hotel to visit

Overall a nice clean hotel. The rooms and the surroundings of the hotel are clean, but the interior of the hotel is very hot and stuffy, and the elevators are also very slow. The food can be said to be delicious. The plates are clean, but the spoons need to be paid more attention, and this is entirely related to the staff. Businesses that employ too many staff certainly face problems. While the staff who do their job properly stands out, there are also staff who are unnecessarily cavalier and try to joke around with hotel customers. The animation shows are not bad. Thank you to the friends who take care of the children in the children's club, greetings and love.

First of all, we had a nice holiday, thank you.The animation team was wonderful, thank you, they never leave you idle, they make you spend your day to the fullest RELAXX 😂😂 Mr. Thanks to Buğra and team ....sushi bar snack bar team.There are many types of food, but red meat is rare, white meat is available daily, fish and chicken are available, my preference is red meat.Fruit varieties were few, even though it was summer.But we had a great week, thank you..

The hotel is in perfect location, 2 mins walk from bazar, 10 mins walk from Migros ( supermarket). Rooms are renovated and clean. Nice swimming pools. Cleaning ladies do perfect job. A/c in room works, there is no a/c in the corridors, online at the reception ( but i guess it is like turkish standard). Food repetitive but tasty ( for 7 days stay perfect). The only one thing that i didnt like was that frigdes in the common areas where the water was kept, didn't work - the water was never cold. The same in the room. Overall, we spent very nice time and we love our vacation in this hotel!!!

I am more than satisfied with this hotel. Location is great. Surroundings of hotel is perfect, staff are always polite and with smile. A lot of activites at the hotel. Hotel beach is perfect, clean and pleasent. I have enjoyed. ❤️

Actually, one star for the staff and another one for the drink. Otherwise it was completely the same day every day:FoodEntertaiment and also the space around the swiming pool completely dirty.

It is very nice hotel, clean and spacious with private beach. Staff is very friendly and helpfull even though it was hard to communicate in English. Animation team did a great job. Most of the guests are Russians and their behaviour was so bad sometimes, especially when they drink too much. They really need to learn how to behave. I would reccommend this resort especially for families with children and older people Best regards from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect, offering goodviews and easy access to the beach.What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff members were always courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly.The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers comfortable accommodations with modern amenities. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.I also had the pleasure of dining at Siam Elegance Hotels & Spa , and the food was simply outstanding. The culinary experience complemented the overall ambiance of the hotel perfectly.I left my phone in the room at the hotel and now I am trying to co-ordinate with the hotel to get it back.
