We stayed at the Siam Hotel with our 12-year-old daughter from October 5th to 12th, 2026, and will definitely be back.
A big thank you to everyone – from the managers and reception staff to the cleaning staff, service staff, kitchen staff, and entertainment team!
CHECK-IN: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 am, and after a friendly welcome and breakfast, our room was ready, even though the regular check-in time wasn't until 3 pm.
HOTEL: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A bit dated, but still clean. The staff were always cleaning everywhere and were very friendly!
ROOM: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a double room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, safe, kettle, balcony (table, two chairs, four small hooks for wet swimwear) and a partial sea view. It was cleaned daily and the minibar was always fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable!
BATHROOM: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hairdryer overheated after 1-2 minutes and simply switched off. Unfortunately, there were no places to hang used towels, so you automatically ended up changing them more often, as the wet towels ended up directly on the floor every day.
SPA: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On our very first day, the three of us treated ourselves to some spa treatments as a family – not cheap, of course... The hammam, steam room, and sauna were free. Thanks to Okan and his team! The massages with Ali, Arife, and Sezen were heavenly.
POOL: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There are several pools, unfortunately not heated, but even at almost 30°C (86°F) it wasn't uncomfortably cold if you kept moving. Plenty of loungers were available. Supervised water slide times were daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
BEACH: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since all the loungers were reserved with towels early in the morning, we always stayed by the pool. The beach is a gentle pebble beach.
FOOD: ⭐️⭐️ With the selection available around the clock, everyone will find something to their liking, although we did miss our usual variety of German cold cuts, proper bread, or even potatoes. The buffet offered the same things every morning, noon, and night. Even our daughter couldn't stand the sight of pasta after a week. However, there was always a special treat in the evenings, such as sushi or pasta served from a Parmesan wheel. Otherwise, there are three restaurants, a snack bar, a patisserie, and fruit available around the clock. A major drawback, though, is the coffee/cappuccino – it's nowhere near the quality you'd expect in Germany.
DRINKS: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's a true all-inclusive hotel, so you can't go wrong. There were bars everywhere in the hotel and by the pools, and the staff were all very friendly, especially Çiğdem – her charming personality always brought a smile to our faces.
Juices, soft drinks, iced coffee, milkshakes, beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and water were available everywhere.
ENTERTAINMENT: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+++ For us, especially for our daughter, the best part of the whole vacation! Umut, Buğra, Mustafa, Efe, Ahmet, Kadir, Valeria, and Mila are a fantastic team! Whether it's the daytime entertainment or the evening shows, you can tell it's not just a job for them, but something they do with passion!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+++ FURTHER INFORMATION: ⭐️⭐️ The hotel also has a small boutique (with an incredibly lovely owner – she definitely deserves 5 stars!!) – a shop for small items, snacks, cigarettes, etc. (however, you can only pay once the gentleman has managed to tear his eyes away from his computer game) – a bag shop – a photographer (who was quite annoying by the pool every day, even waking us up there to push "Just for you tomorrow: the exclusive photoshoot!!" on us) – a small arcade (unfortunately, everything costs extra), children's entertainment for children up to 12 years old, as well as a gym and indoor pool, neither of which we used.
LANGUAGES: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ German, English, Russian, and of course, Turkish.
CHECK-OUT: ⭐️ Regular check-out time is 12:00 PM. Since our transfer didn't arrive until around 8 pm, we booked a late check-out. The cost of €60 until 4 pm was reasonable, but the room would have cost €140 until 5/6/7 pm – which we felt was a bit steep.
