The hotel is generally good at a reasonable price compared to similar hotels. Although it is an old hotel with friendly staff, its design and facilities remind us of a legendary old Byzantine city, we had a peaceful holiday in the forest, the spa department also thanked Mr. Murat İMREN, who took care of us during our legendary spa usage times. We thank you, we also thank you for the professional service regarding massage, it is a hotel above expectations, the only problem is that the dessert varieties are few and unfortunately they need to be made a little more delicious.

Good day to everyone, I wanted to comment at the end of our 6-day holiday. First of all, I would like to point out that it is definitely a family hotel. There are a lot of children. As for the food, I would have expected a little more variety and diversity for this price, but unfortunately, the same dishes were served almost every day, the desserts were the same, everything was left to the patisserie section at noon. I think they serve the same desserts. It's bad. The a la carte kebab section was nice and nice. The snack bars were okay. I don't drink alcohol. I had a problem because I love food. The rooms are really bad and small. You'll understand when you go there. Not to mention the elevator, it never comes and we couldn't get in. We always used the stairs. Thank you very much to my dear brother from the animation team. Thank you, they were very interested and helpful in every matter. The hotel staff were sympathetic and friendly. We could not slide on most of the slides, the hours were unknown. In fact, there is a problem like this: When entering the hotel, no one tells us where and what is there. We always called and tried to find it. I think they should appoint someone as soon as possible because the hotel is very big and it is not known where and what is there. I tried to convey my experiences. It is difficult to go there again. There are more hotels for these prices. Have a nice day.

We were very pleased. Everything was perfect. The hotel is spotless, the staff is very attentive and friendly. There were no Turks among those who worked only with children; they all had difficulty in expressing and understanding themselves in foreign language children's activities. Overall, we had a nice holiday, I hope we can come again 😍

Friendly service starts from the entrance of the hotel and continues everywhere. Clean food, really delicious drinks are served cold and abundantly, but you order at the bars for lunch by the magnificent poolside, it is in front of you in 5 minutes in a quick and delicious way, the same way at the sea sneak bar, the nightly entertainment definitely does not end, employees are welcome sir. Ok sir, right away sir, absolutely, whatever you want, it will happen. It is a family hotel with children that you can go to without hesitation. 10 points out of 10. Xanadu hotel is a very good hotel for spending a great holiday with your family. We really as a family having a very nice holiday in Xanadu. In fact animation team is very nice especially zakariae is very kind and active all time and pools are very clean food everything is amazing in this beautiful place. We hope to come back next time.

For 15 years my family and friends return to this wonderful hotel. The food, animation (especially Willy Wonka), service very good. Towels and beds are clean and fresh. All personal is very kind. My kids feel happy and safe in this hotel. Next year we will come again.

This is the one of the oldest exclusive resort hotel. That's why they have a service standard. It doesn't mean that you will have a ragu steak at the dinner. But you can be sure that you will get a good hospitality and warm welcoming. Also you get enough good quality for it's price. I am absolutely recommening this place as a tourism professional. Enjoy

This place can offer you more than you need for one good and relaxed vacation. Only money that you really need inside this resort is for tips for the staff, because they really deserved. Lots od different animations during the day, every night different live band, all kinds of different food, special parts for kids, isolated parts for adults only. I had really good and relaxed time during my staying. Big thanks to all wonderful people who work in this place. My recommendation!

Loved our stay here! I’ve never known a hotel with so much going on! It’s like Kellermans mountain from Dirty Dancing! Erdem, Billy and the team make sure all the guests have the best time! The food and drink selection is really good too. I stayed for work but looking forward to coming back with my family!
